Delaware 4H Foundation - Northeast Regional 4H Leader Forum The Recipients of the Northeast Regional 4-H Leader Forum award in 2007 were Jill Tatman, Kaila Tatman, Terra Tatman, Eileen Czerwinski, Thianda Manzara.
