The William N. and Dorothy C. Hopkins Family Endowment was established in 2008 to help support sending Delaware 4-Hers enrolled in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences on a trip to a project-related national event.

The trip will be to either the National 4-H Congress or another appropriate national event in the Agriculture and/or Environmental Science project area.

In the case that there are no opportunities available in a given year in these project areas, the funds may be used to support a similar experience in the area of Dairy, Livestock, Conservation, Leadership, Citizenship, or State 4-H Camp scholarships.
