Delaware 4H Foundation - Jay R. Hukill EndowmentJay R. Hukill and Family established the Jay R. Hukill Endowment in 2005.

The fund states that is "will help support sending a Delaware 4-Her enrolled in Horticulture & Gardening projects on a trip to National 4-H Congress or other appropriate national events in the Horticulture & Gardening project area."

The $15,000 fund was the first privately created endowment within the Delaware 4-H Foundation.
